Caroline started in policy discussions to build awareness around online child sexual abuse material (child pornography). She collaborates with various governments, academics, law enforcement and NGOs to understand the trends, challenges and identify opportunities to strengthen the global response to keeping children safe. More recently, she is following the discussions in Europe on the Digital Service Act, and numerous countries who are setting up independent Commissioner Offices to tackle internet regulation.

Caroline believes in the importance of balanced policies to minimize online harm and develop appropriate responsibilities for the private sector.

Please contact Caroline, if you or your agency is interested in discussing existing and upcoming policies to protect the most vulnerable in our society.
